How can I cancel my order?
We have built a simple service for you to cancel your order. You can simply mail us on support@qtox.in
– Cancellation of an order can be requested at any time before shipment of the order
– For a prepaid order
- If the Order is in “Confirmed” status, refunds can be processed to your original source of payment (which will take 5-7 days post initiation of refund).
- For orders which have been shipped (identified by status ‘Shipped’ or ‘In-transit’), we will check the reason on a case to case basis for cancellation. We will be unable to refund the order if the order gets delivered
Can I return my order?
– Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns
– But in the following rare and unfortunate scenarios, we will be more than happy to send across a replacement, if the request for replacement has been raised within 7 days of delivery of order
- Wrong products delivered
- Missing products in the order
- Damaged products delivered
- Expired products delivered
