What is Refund Policy?
If the Order is in “Confirmed” status, refunds can be processed to your original source of payment (which will take 5-7 days post initiation of refund).
For orders which have been shipped (identified by status ‘Shipped’ or ‘In-transit’), we will check the reason on a case to case basis for cancellation. We will be unable to refund the order if the order gets delivered.
